  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7-Up), cold
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Dry ice (optional, for smoking effect)
  • Gummy worms or plastic spiders (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Soften the sherbet: Take the lime sherbet out of the freezer about 15 minutes before starting.
  2. Mix the liquid base: In a large punch bowl, combine the thawed lemonade concentrate, thawed limeade concentrate, and pineapple juice. Stir well.
  3. Add the soda: Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda down the side of the bowl to preserve carbonation. Stir gently.
  4. Scoop in the sherbet: Using an ice cream scoop, add 6 to 8 large scoops of softened lime sherbet. Do not stir completely; leave some scoops floating.
  5. Add food coloring (optional): Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired and stir gently.
  6. Add dry ice (optional but amazing): Using tongs, carefully add small pieces of dry ice to the punch for a smoking effect. Add just before serving.

Notes
