A stunning holiday charcuterie board wreath that looks like you spent an hour on it but comes together in just 15 minutes. Perfect for last-minute gatherings, this no-cook appetizer is flexible, crowd-pleasing, and requires minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4–5 long stems fresh rosemary
  • Small handful fresh thyme or sage
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie or Camembert
  • 4–6 ounces aged Cheddar or Gouda, cubed
  • 4–6 ounces soft goat cheese (chèvre)
  • 4–6 ounces prosciutto, folded into ribbons
  • 4–6 ounces salami (Genoa or soppressata), sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marcona almonds or roasted salted almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1/2 cup green olives (Castelvetrano) or cornichons
  • Fresh figs or grapes (optional)
  • 1 small baguette or box of crackers
  • Honey or fig jam for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Place your large round board on the counter. If using parchment paper, lay it down now.
  2. Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs in a circle around the outer edge of the board. Tuck stems under each other to form a continuous wreath shape. Sprinkle thyme or sage leaves around to fill gaps.
  3. Place the wheel of Brie at the top or bottom as a focal point. Arrange cheddar cubes and goat cheese crumbles in small clusters around the circle like ornaments.
  4. Fold prosciutto slices into loose ribbons or rosettes and place in gaps between cheese. Fan out salami slices in small piles like flower petals.
  5. Fill empty spaces with almonds, dried cranberries, and olives. Place figs or grapes in clusters of 2-3. Ensure no bare spots remain.
  6. Arrange sliced baguette or crackers around the outer edge, slightly overlapping the herb ring. Add a small pile in one or two spots.
  7. Drizzle honey or fig jam over the Brie or goat cheese. Adjust any sparse clusters and serve.

Notes

Let Brie sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving for best creamy texture. Prep ingredients up to a day in advance and assemble 30 minutes before serving. Add crackers right before serving to keep them crisp. For a gluten-free version, use cucumber slices or bell pepper strips instead of crackers.
