A creamy, crunchy, and perfectly chilled no-bake dessert that layers graham crackers, cream cheese filling, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate chips. Perfect for summer when you want to avoid using the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 to 4 sleeves standard honey graham crackers
  • 2 blocks (16 oz total) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: Crushed graham crackers or mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until light and fluffy.
  4. Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking pieces as needed to fit.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Add a second layer of graham crackers on top of the marshmallow.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top and press gently to stick.
  10. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until crackers are soft.

Notes

Ensure heavy cream and bowl are cold for best whipping results. Do not over-whip the cream. The chilling time is crucial for the crackers to soften. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Freezing is not recommended as it affects the marshmallow texture.
