A quick and easy mocktail made with cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, and sparkling water. Perfect for family gatherings and a hit with both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups (950 ml) 100% pure cranberry juice
  • 2 cups (475 ml) fresh orange juice (from about 4–6 large oranges)
  • 4 cups (950 ml) chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • 2–4 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prep your garnishes: Wash fresh cranberries and oranges. Slice one or two oranges into thin rounds. Optionally, make cranberry-orange ice cubes by freezing cranberries and mint in ice cube trays.
  2. Juice the oranges: Roll oranges on the counter, cut in half, and juice enough to get 2 cups. Strain if desired.
  3. Combine the juices: In a large pitcher, pour 4 cups cranberry juice and 2 cups orange juice. Stir gently. Taste and add 2-4 tablespoons honey or simple syrup if needed.
  4. Chill the base (optional): Refrigerate the juice mixture for 30 minutes to get it cold.
  5. Add the fizz: Just before serving, slowly pour in 4 cups chilled sparkling water. Stir gently a few times.
  6. Add ice and garnish: Add ice cubes (or cranberry-orange ice cubes) and float orange slices and fresh cranberries on top.
  7. Serve immediately: Pour into glasses filled with ice, ensuring each glass gets some cranberries and an orange slice.

Notes

For the fizziest result, chill all ingredients beforehand. Stir gently after adding sparkling water to preserve carbonation. The juice base can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge; add sparkling water just before serving.
