These colorful fruit kabobs are a quick and fun snack, perfect for parties or a healthy treat. Paired with a creamy yogurt dip, they’re a crowd-pleaser that comes together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved (or quartered if large)
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 cup purple grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry. Hull strawberries and cut into halves or quarters. Cut cantaloupe and pineapple into 1-inch cubes. Leave grapes and blueberries whole.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if using). Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Thread fruit onto wooden skewers in rainbow order: strawberries (red), cantaloupe (orange), pineapple (yellow), green grapes (green), blueberries (blue), purple grapes (purple). Leave about 1/2 inch at the bottom of each skewer. Repeat to make 8-10 kabobs.
  4. Optional: Refrigerate assembled kabobs for 15-20 minutes before serving to chill.
  5. Arrange kabobs on a platter with the yogurt dip in a small bowl in the center. Garnish dip with extra lemon zest or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, firm fruit. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent splintering. Kabobs can be assembled up to 4 hours ahead and stored covered in the fridge. Yogurt dip can be made a day in advance. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
