Easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups Recipe - featured image

A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake filling with crushed Oreos in individual cups. Perfect for parties and last-minute treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos (regular or double-stuffed), crushed
  • 4 tablespoons (60 grams) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60 grams) powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional garnish: extra Oreo crumbs or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush 18 Oreos finely using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and tapping with a rolling pin. Transfer crumbs to a bowl.
  2. Pour melted butter over the Oreo crumbs and stir until combined. Press about 2 tablespoons of this mixture into the bottom of each serving cup to form a crust layer. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and airy.
  6. Chop the remaining 6 Oreos roughly and fold them into the cream cheese mixture, saving a few pieces for garnish.
  7. Spoon the creamy filling over the chilled crust in each cup, filling nearly to the top. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs or mini chocolate chips on top.
  8. Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 2 hours or overnight to set properly.

Notes

Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before mixing for smooth texture. Fold whipped cream gently to keep mixture airy. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. Crushing Oreos by hand adds texture variety. Individual cups make serving easier and more attractive.
