This easy no-bake candy corn popcorn bark comes together in just 10 minutes with simple ingredients. It’s the perfect sweet-salty-crunchy treat for fall gatherings, Halloween parties, or any last-minute snack emergency.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted, about 1/3 cup unpopped kernels or one standard bag of microwave popcorn)
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1/2 cup pretzel twists or sticks, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper, extending up the sides slightly. Set aside.
  2. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method. Remove any unpopped kernels. Spread the popcorn on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Let cool for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and salted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely smooth (about 60-90 seconds total). Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the popcorn on the baking sheet. Gently fold and toss with a spatula until most of the popcorn is coated, leaving some white chocolate visible in streaks.
  5. Sprinkle candy corn and broken pretzel pieces evenly over the coated popcorn. Gently press them into the mixture with a spatula or clean hands. Do not overmix.
  6. Let the bark set at room temperature for 30-45 minutes, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, until the white chocolate is completely firm.
  7. Once firm, lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet. Break the bark into irregular pieces, about 2-3 inches each.

Notes

Use fresh popcorn for best crunch. Do not overheat white chocolate—microwave in short bursts. Let bark set completely before breaking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
