Cozy S’mores Board - featured image

A simple, fun, and customizable s’mores board perfect for gatherings, combining classic ingredients with creative add-ons for a cozy campfire dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers (honey-flavored preferred)
  • Large Marshmallows (or mini/flavored varieties like vanilla or strawberry)
  • Chocolate Bars (milk chocolate traditional; dark or peanut butter cups optional)
  • Fresh Fruit (strawberries, banana slices, raspberries)
  • Nut Butters (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • Chopped Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Sea Salt Flakes
  • Caramel Drizzle
  • Optional Extras: Honey, mini pretzels, biscotti pieces

Instructions

  1. Arrange clusters of graham crackers neatly on a wooden serving board (about 16 x 12 inches).
  2. Break chocolate bars into squares or rectangles and scatter near the graham crackers (about 3 ounces per 4 people).
  3. Place a generous handful of marshmallows in a small bowl or directly on the board. Optionally, skewer and lightly toast some marshmallows over a fire or with a kitchen torch.
  4. Slice fresh fruit such as strawberries and bananas and arrange in small piles on the board.
  5. Fill ramekins with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and sea salt flakes and place near the center of the board.
  6. Spoon peanut butter or almond butter into a small bowl with a butter knife. Add caramel drizzle on the side or in a ramekin for dipping.
  7. Add mini pretzels or biscotti pieces for extra crunch.
  8. Serve immediately while marshmallows are warm and gooey.

Notes

Use long skewers to keep hands safe from heat. Roast marshmallows slowly over low heat for even browning. Keep a damp cloth handy for sticky fingers. For gluten-free, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free crackers or rice cakes. For dairy-free, use vegan marshmallows and dairy-free chocolate. Prepare the board just before guests arrive to keep ingredients fresh. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, keeping crackers separate to avoid sogginess.
