  • 1 cup pecan halves or pieces
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the entire box of yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer without mixing.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, pecans, and 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan streusel evenly over the dry cake mix layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
  8. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.
