A festive and healthy fruit platter shaped like a Christmas tree, served with a creamy honey yogurt dip. Perfect for holiday gatherings and last-minute parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Green grapes, washed and separated into small clusters
  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • Blueberries, fresh
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Star fruit, sliced (optional)
  • Mango, cubed
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Set aside in the fridge to let flavors meld.
  2. Wash and prep all fruit: rinse grapes, blueberries, and strawberries; pat dry. Peel kiwi and slice into thin half-moons. Slice strawberries. Cube mango. Slice star fruit into thin stars if using.
  3. Place the small bowl of dip at the bottom center of a large cutting board or serving platter to form the tree trunk base.
  4. Arrange green grapes in a triangular shape above the dip bowl, starting wide at the base and tapering to a point.
  5. Layer kiwi half-moons between grape clusters, overlapping slightly to fill gaps.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries and pomegranate seeds over the green base to look like ornaments.
  7. Place a star fruit slice (or pineapple star) at the very top of the tree.
  8. Use strawberry slices or mango cubes to create a small trunk at the base, below the dip bowl.
  9. Tuck fresh mint leaves around the base and edges of the platter. Serve immediately with the honey yogurt dip on the side.

Notes

For best results, dry fruit thoroughly to prevent sliding. Assemble just before serving for freshest appearance. The dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
