Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange mini pretzel twists in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  3. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, until the chocolate looks shiny and slightly puffed but the shape is still intact. Do not overbake.
  5. Remove from the oven immediately. While still warm, press a pecan half gently into the center of each melted Rolo, then press a holiday M&M on top.
  6. Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes at room temperature (or 10 minutes in the refrigerator) until set.
